First we start with a discovery call to learn more about you and your goals. We follow this up with a TPI screening and movement assessment to ensure we build a program which is truly customised for you based on your goals, needs and situation.

Meet your coach

Shaun is a golf fitness coach with over 15 years of personal training experience, including nearly a decade as a gym owner and the past five years specialising in coaching golfers. He believes in assessing, not guessing, to create personalised programs tailored to each golfer’s unique needs and goals.

His expertise lies in improving strength, mobility, and performance on the course, helping clients eliminate back pain, hit longer drives, and build consistent training habits. Known for his no-nonsense approach, Shaun delivers results by cutting through the fluff and focusing on what works so clients spend the least amount of time in the gym possible for the best results on course!

FAQs

Answers to Common Questions for Optimizing Your Golf Experience

Do I need access to a gym to get a program?

In short NO. Because the blueprint is customised to you and your situation we can build a program with this in mind. The minimum set up most clients have is 2 x adjustable DB’s, a bench and a few small resistance bands.

How much time do I need to commit per week?

There is no minimum time and we can build this around your restrictions. Keep in mind in order to achieve sertain goals varying levels of time commitment are needed and we can discuss this on our discovery call or assessment cal to ensure we have a blend of what is needed to reach your goals and what time you can commit.

It is advisable to bring your own clubs for personal training customization. Equipment can be provided if you do not have your own.

What if I'm not ready to join now?

Because we have a limited number of spaces we ask that only those who are ready to commit complete the application form and book a call.

Our approach is data-driven, combining traditional coaching methods with the latest technology for swing analysis and biomechanics.

What if I can't commit for the full program?

We understand making a big commitment is hard when you haven’t seen if the program can actually deliver results. This is why we offer either 3, 6 or 12 month program options and we will discuss this on your discovery call. We’ll always recommend the one we feel is going to deliver the best results in your situation and then based on your situation we can decide which route is best for you.
